We are a community-based, non-profit organisation uniting the Buruuli kingdom and friends worldwide to drive development, preserve our cultural heritage, and strengthen bonds with our home district in Uganda.
Founded on the belief that our people—wherever they are—can be a powerful force for change, NDDA is dedicated to building a strong, connected, and empowered community that uplifts Buruuli kingdom for generations to come.
The Buruuli kingdom is one with rich traditions, a resilient spirit, and enormous potential. Yet many challenges remain—from limited access to quality education and healthcare to economic hardship.
Recognising that many of our people live and work abroad, NDDA was formed to harness the collective strength, knowledge, and resources of our diaspora. Our goal is to transform these connections into practical action that benefits our communities at home.
Since our founding, we have grown into a vibrant network of members, volunteers, and partners committed to making a real and lasting difference.
